La Tortue

We walked passed this place while exploring in Honfleur. It was closed but as soon as we saw their menu we wanted to eat there and so we booked a table for our wedding anniversary meal a couple of days later. It didn't disappoint at all. It was fantastic. They knew in advance my husband doesn't eat gluten or dairy and had prepared him his own amuse bouche. Very nice indeed. Can't wait to eat there again next year perhaps

A very nice discovery! Small restaurant located in a quiet little street. The cuisine is sophisticated but authentic, it is REAL homemade with quality products. The chef brilliantly combines food and spices, it’s truly magical If we add to that the rather pretty setting and the quality of the welcome and the service, well we're enjoying ourselves and having a great time! The icing on the cake, the management of allergens is very well controlled (my wife is celiac and she enjoys it without incident)
