Very luxurious place, very good food. I am celiac and there were many gluten-free things, they even released gluten-free bread.

After a season since the closure of their restaurants, they have opened this new location and it seems that they are making a comeback. For us it has its lights and its shadows. We try: High loin of Argentine cow (Ojo de Bife), 500 grams (€38.90). The item came just as we ordered. Creole chorizo and Argentine blood sausage. (€3.90 each). Very delicious: juicy interiors and crispy crust. Accompanied by chimichurri sauce. Live lettuce and pink tomato salad (€11.50). The lettuce, spectacular. The tomato, without further ado. They had a small mistake: we asked for it without seasoning and they brought it to us seasoned. The worst came when one of the waiters, while we were eating, took the oil and started dressing the salad to his liking and whim without asking (yes, while we were eating): it was totally surreal. Appetizer with gluten-free bread. Bad bread, but at least they have that option, which is appreciated. Of course, for celiacs there is no dessert: not even adaptations (or some threat on the part of the staff to offer anything: even a fruit) The premises try to appear intimate (dim lighting, candles), but it is still a very large and spacious restaurant, with many (too many) tables, more typical of a chain than a Charrúa-style steakhouse. The kitchen is visible (very cool thing), but maybe they should review the ventilation issue because we came home smelling like a steak (and our table was not exactly close to the kitchen).
