La Vela Restaurant

Lovely little locally owned and run family restaurant about 1/2 back from the beach. Coeliac friendly and very knowledgeable.

We had dinner at La Vela last night and were a group of 16 people. Everyone in the group enjoyed the night. Service was attentative, food was amazing and the restaurant had an atmosphere of a traditional Italian family restaurant. José greeted us and took us to our table and served our drinks over the night. A wonderful selection of wines, beers and cocktails. The limoncello spritz was wow. All the girls serving food were lovely too, constantly smiling and attentative to our needs. One of our party was coeliac and there was enough choices of gluten free options for her. Thank you all at La Vela for making my daughters 18th birthday dinner an enjoyable evening. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
