La Verona Restaurant

Cozy seats. Not super loud or crowded. I got the steak, husband got the duck. I felt my steak was swimming in the sauce that it drenched the starch and the veggies on my plate. It was really way too much sauce. Less is more and the customer can always add more but my husband's duck was also swimming in the sauce it came with . The artichokes were cooked well and the olives were mild. It was good but we're not in a rush to come back either. Risotto cooked well. Please offer more gluten and dairy free options. I could barely find anything that met my dietary restrictions

This is a great stop before or after Longwood Gardens! My parents raved about the friendly service and GF mushroom soup and they were so right. The soup is a must for all mushroom lovers! I got a special with langoustines and it was fantastic. I also appreciated how much of the menu could be made gluten free for my dad.

I had an excellent experience here celebrating my birthday. The staff were so friendly, like family, and made me feel so special. The food was excellent and they had wonderful gluten free options for me. Highly recommend and will be coming back!
