Even when you're directly in the restaurant, it's quite possible - they don't mix up your order, even if you wait a long time for your food, they don't bring the food to the table at once, sometimes I've already eaten and my girlfriend hasn't had her food yet, they let you sit in the draft and similar things that should not automatically happen in a restaurant. The problem arises with orders for delivery via Wolt - my friend is lactose and gluten intolerant, we have repeatedly ordered gluten-free pancakes, we even write it in the note in the Wolt application a second time just to be sure, and three times we have already received classic pancakes, not gluten-free and always with nuts , even though we always write that we don't want them there. I've already been there once to complain in person, we called once and this last time they brought us a gluten-free pancake, but again with nuts and SALT, so a friend ran in and showed them photos of what could happen to her skin if she eats any of those allergic people. Answer: they don't see the note we put in Wolt, they are not to blame for the fact that it is salty, I don't know what kind of device died. EXCUSES! Because this is not a joke - it's not about taste or appearance, it's about health! If my girlfriend ends up in the hospital because of this, no amount of "sorry" will help me! If you don't know how to work with Wolt, then don't do it at all, because this has never happened to me with any other restaurant in Martin.
