I went to try the gluten-free pizzas and they were delicious! The only thing I would have done was bake them a little longer so they wouldn't be so soft, as gluten-free doughs are chewier and require more time. Otherwise, it was very good, a pleasure to eat homemade pizzas with such good ingredients! Regarding the place, it was very hot. I don't know if they don't have the air conditioning or if it just doesn't work, but it was quite stifling, and considering you can't stay outside because of the heat, it was a bit uncomfortable to be honest.

We're in Valencia and decided to eat at this Italian restaurant because they had gluten-free options, which isn't easy to find. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect and the food was good. The waiter, Ramon, was very friendly. He even knew his name. Everything was perfect.
