Loved this place! Super friendly staff, awesome food and drinks, and tons of gluten-free options—which is such a win. Everything tasted great and the vibe was really chill. Definitely coming back next time I am in the area.

The vegan options get worse and worse every time I come here. The hummus alone has zero flavor. It tastes like partially blended chickpeas with no tahini and one clove of garlic with no olive oil drizzled on top. Every Indian dish is as if they use curry powder and Garam masala and call it a day. It would literally be so easy to make so many of their dishes vegan but they just don’t. The new mushroom flatbread looks so good—can’t make vegan. Can’t make mac and cheese vegan..really? You have vegan cheddar, vegan milks and vegan butter/oil..would easily be able to make vegan upon request. Not to mention the plate of vegan nachos we got one time. Literally cold chips with cold vegan shreds on top with a few olives and jalapeños on top. Never had that before, it’s always either made with a cheese sauce or the chips and cheese are toasted in the oven and then topped. I don’t know if it’s laziness or incompetence. More and more new items are using vegetarian items as an integral part of the dish and removing it would make the dish no longer the same. I’m not ordering a mushroom Swiss burger if there’s no vegan Swiss. Not ordering poutine as just gravy fries. Or pretzels with cheese dip with no cheese dip. Can’t order a white pizza mushroom flatbread with no white sauce base (which btw can easily be made vegan). Used to come here and spend $$$ every weekend with my partner on appetizers, dinners, and beers. Now we just order the odd drink to take away. Sometimes I check out the menu for inspiration to cook at home. They have good ideas but they lack seasoning and any more vegan options. And not to mention gluten free—who wants a hamburger in a wrap? Really can’t get a gluten free bun? This place went terribly downhill. Must not be enough vegans in Jamestown giving honest reviews because all the five stars after five stars shock me.
