The main restaurant was sadly closed for refurbishment in mid-February, which meant a decrease in hot food options compared to normal in the makeshift-but-chic covered dining area on the Champs Elysee.
I enjoyed a unique take on the Croque Monsieur; three rich and delicious circular croques stuffed with turkey ham, melted cheese and mornay sauce. The French toast with maple syrup was also fantastic.
From the large shop which remains open, the macarons were as delicious as ever, while we are also impressed by the new Eugenie gluten-free biscuits (try the salted caramel ones!)
