Laine's Gluten Free Bakery

My daughter and I stopped in this past weekend. Our first visit and it was around noon time. Megan was sold out of some items, but the five items we bought have been outstanding. Megan has somehow figured out how to make a soft gluten-free cookie that doesn’t have that grainy texture to it. The cranberry tart bar was outstanding. Super excited to see her thrive, even though I just met her for the first time this past weekend. She is incredibly personable, and it’s very evident that she cares about people who are sharing the journey of being gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or vegan. You don’t have to have dietary restrictions to enjoy her items. They are that good!! Can’t wait to try the cinnamon rolls and lots of other things! Best of luck Megan!

Incredible cupcakes! Our whole team loved them… even the non-gluten-free and non-vegan folks went back for seconds. We’ll absolutely order again in the future.
