The place is aesthetically very beautiful but in terms of service I have a lot to say.
It was an evening with friends, in July with 30 degrees in the shade. I called 2 days in advance to book a table for 7 people. Without me having asked, they put us outside with a lot of mosquitoes and the atrocious heat, saying they couldn't find a table inside which instead was completely empty. Moreover, it was also empty two hours after dinner while we were leaving. Outside there wasn't even a mosquito coil to limit the mosquitoes or a fan to bring in some air. (I don't ask for nebulized water but at least something to make the customer feel better outside given the summer temperature and my not asking for a table outside and being there anyway). Plus they insisted on the fact that I had asked for it. (At 24 I think I remember what I say).
Poor service. It almost seems like they're making fun of you, not very humble and showy.
Compared to the one in Monza where they are much kinder and more humble.
A negative point also for the food. Although of good quality, gluten-free fried fish in a very small portion compared to the normal one taken by other people at the table. Also compared to the restaurant in Monza where they bring you gluten-free fried food in a much larger quantity. Good quality of food. But the quantity compared to Monza is lower even though the price of the dishes on the menu remains the same.
I'm sorry but I will never set foot in Arcore again. But I strongly recommend going to Monza.
