Went for the gluten free beer and gluten free cheese curds. Was busy but it was beautiful , people were nice, all in all great time and the cheese curds were better that any other gluten ones I’ve had !

I came for my first time on a Sunday. Website said hourly tours so that sounded great. We showed up at 3:07 pm. They close at 5 pm. We missed the last tour of the day. Apparently those end at 3pm. Bummer. I got a gf beer and we headed outside. The curdwagon!! How awesome!!! Completely gluten free and celiac safe fried food! Yay! We asked what time they stop serving and was told 3:45. Seems early but ok. At 3:30 they said they were no longer taking orders for food or drink bc the propane was an issue again. Luckily they took my order and made it was the last one after seeing how disappointed I was. I'm not sure why they stopped serving drinks out there but at least I got the fried food I wanted. Which was delicious. I would come back but certainly not on a Sunday when it's very clear everyone just wants to close shop and go home.
