The service is attentative and knowledgeable when it comes to allergies. Our daughter has Celiac Disease and the selection of gluten free foods for kids are varied and the servers and kitchen are keenly aware of this disease and the potential for cross contamination. We are staying at the Margaritaville hotel and return for lunch everyday. Thank you Landshark!
