Is Laundry's losing its reputation? I am a member of this restaurant chain. I've never had bad service. My food took for ever to be served and the restaurant was not busy at all. The food wasn't good. It was just ok. I had cedar plank salmon. I added pepper and salt because it was lacking flavor. I never before had to do this. Then, the waitress didn't offer bred as they usually do. She brought my food, and I asked her if they had bred, she answered "yes, we do but we don't offer because a lot of people have gluten intolerance", we wait for you to ask for it. I'm thinking, What??!! For a place like Laundry's they should offer it regardless, not wait for your guests to ask for it. She brought the bred when I had almost finished my meal. Also, by now, I needed more water. I put my empty glass on the side of the table so she could fill it up. She took for ever to come by to the point were I was so frustrated, I just wanted to leave. I asked for my check, gave her my cc card and my membership card. She sent some else to bring the bill and forgot my membership card. By the way, she offered to bring the dessert menu but she never did.. To make things worse, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. This place needs a lot of care.
