Very TOP as always. I know them from the previous location and I couldn't be happier with their success, the new location is beautiful, very well maintained and the atmosphere makes you want to return. The service is 10, no matter how busy they are, they are always charming. And the food is spectacular, really, it is the best rice dishes I have eaten in Madrid. Both the rice dishes and the starters make you travel to Levante but while in Madrid. It is difficult for me to highlight dishes because I like many of them very much, but for rice I will say senyoret rice, squid, blood sausage and porcini, and ribs, artichokes and garlic garlic. For starters, I highlight the smoked salad, the Pinoso sausages and the escalivada with rosemary honey. Then you can accompany everything with a Turia or one of their Alicante wines to make the whole experience complete, my favorite is the Mala Vida. And finally, note that they have a delicious gluten-free and lactose-free dessert option, which is horchata curd. Round! Thanks again

Delighted with the quality of the food, the delicious Valencian paella, the zamburiñas, gildas, salad, sausages…. All highly recommended. With options for celiacs and other intolerances. A treatment of 10 and a very pleasant atmosphere. We will repeat for sure.
