Las Hefas Latín Cuisine

What a delicious find in Hays!! The Latin American food was spot on, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was fun. Two of us have celiac and needed to eat gluten free. The server was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten free, from ingredients to how things were prepared. The menu contained multiple gluten free options which is exciting on its own, but even more so in the middle of wheat country. A definite stop for a delicious meal and great people!!

Finally got around to trying Las Hefas. The best Mexican in hays hands down. I can’t believe I waited so long. The staff is friendly and accommodating we felt right at home. My family eats in hays often and this is the best restaurant by far in terms of quality and experience. So many vegetarian and vegan options and they are able to accommodate pretty much any dietary restriction. No flare ups!! We can’t wait to come back and try out some more items.
