Best Mexican restaurant in Edmonds. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The owners even came by our table to say hello. They have a passion for food. Super welcoming atmosphere with a first rate bar. Several tequila options! You won’t be disappointed. Las Brisas is a popular destination, especially on weekends, so try to come early or hit the bar. Let’s talk food. I’ve been coming here for years and tried nearly every dish. All home runs. Fresh ingredients plus they have vegan and gluten free options! The tortillas are made fresh daily, by the way. Delicious. Highly recommended.
