We has Las Olas cater our daughter's graduation party and it was a huge success! It made my day soooo much easier and everyone loved it! It was very nice to be able to offer gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan options all at the same time! They carefully packaged the order, checked it twice:) They even provide the chaffing dishes & sterno!
