Wonderful quiet location where the health nut can go wild in peace. So tucked away that it is like a hidden gem! It feels good to support smaller chains. Great service, friendly employees, vegan and gluten-free options and organic foods. Homeopathic medicine stocked. Grateful for this spot!

I come here to find healthier alternatives, gluten-free, lactose-free, organic. Sure its more expensive but better quality. I also come here for the supplement section; they have some brands on sale occasionally and I take advantage of that. I get sandwiches and fresh juices/smoothies sometimes there too, but sometimes it gets busy and have to wait longer than I want to. Overall, I'm glad they have this store in Ventura.
