I come here to find healthier alternatives, gluten-free, lactose-free, organic. Sure its more expensive but better quality. I also come here for the supplement section; they have some brands on sale occasionally and I take advantage of that. I get sandwiches and fresh juices/smoothies sometimes there too, but sometimes it gets busy and have to wait longer than I want to. Overall, I'm glad they have this store in Ventura.
