Latitude 45 is a hidden gem! Regretably I have never stopped in Baker City to dine during any of my travels through in the past. I have missed out. We tried the bison burger, sweet potato fries , the baglonese pasta and cocktails. I was ridiculously pleasantly surprised. They have a beautiful menu. Everything we tried was wonderful. The bison burger was flavorful and juicy. The chibatta bun legitimately melts in your mouth. Best sweet potato fries I have ever had. The pasta was everything I was craving for the evening. I had a margarita with their house mix and it did not disappoint. I had my celiac daughter in my dinner party who ordered the gluten free pasta which was fantastic. They have a number of gluten free options including dessert. I will make this a regular stop on my future travels through the area.
