Laurel & Pearl Bakery

Going into Laurel & Pearl was such a sweet surprise, no pun intended. The atmosphere was so cool, the staff was helpful and we met the owner who was super welcoming. We ordered the chicken salad and crackers plate, perfect for a light snack. We initially went in lured by gluten free cakes. The Spanish Almond cake was light, flavorful and delicious! Highly recommend.

In Tyler for a work trip and I stopped in because Google said they had gluten free options. One of the best gluten free cookies I’ve ever had! WOW! Edit: I don’t know how to reply to the owners response but I had a gf chocolate chip cookie and it was sooooo good! As someone who can’t eat gluten I feel like I often get the short end of the stick so I’m so glad yall put so much thought and care into it! I might go back today for another one! Haha!
