We have dined here several times, as I feel like it is one of the safest options for gluten free in Disney Springs. They have a dedicated menu, the staff is knowledgeable, and a manager comes out special to take your order if you have an allergy. Got the pasta dish, salads, burger, and pulled pork. Fries are not gluten free, no dedicated fryer. Have never gotten sick. We enjoy the outdoor patio vibe and atmosphere.

I was there Sunday night arouns 9:30 p.m and had a allergic reaction to gluten. I spoke to the Chef personally and I advised him that I had Celiac disease. I told him what Celiac disease was and how it was an immune reaction to eating gluten which is found in wheat, rye, and barley. I told him that I myself was a chef and asked if my allergy accommodations would be too much. He said no at which time I asked him if he would please cook my food separately and without gluten. When my food arrived I took a few bites and immediately got sick. I was sick to the point of vomiting. I am utterly disappointed because I made sure to relay my allergies with the team prior to eating. If I could give my experience 0 stars I would but the waiter and waitress I had were amazing. The waitress I spoke to told me she was vegan and she sympathize with my allergy because she can not eat meat. I am extremely disgusted with the manager. He wouldn't give us his name but he was tall, mixed, with a beard and mustache. The manager acted as if we needed a free meal and was going to charge us until the waitress stepped in. I have never been treated in that manner before. The way I was treated by this man is disgusting. I will never return to this place! I do want to give my waiter and waitress a shout out for there attentiveness and sympathy.
