I am gluten & dairy free. They did not try to be helpful regarding my needs not like other cafes. Even my jacket potato with beans was served with coleslaw. There is nothing for vegans. I was told at the till that ' they are here to serve their clientelle' Sorry but I felt this was a rude comment when I was just trying to give feedback and surely all customers are their clientelle.We didnt leave a tip & they have lost two potential customers regarding their attitude. A lot of people now have food intolerances or are vegan. Much nicer cafes in the area where they are more helpful.

Very old space, it was the first pharmacy in the U.K. Nowadays it's a coffee shop. There's a fantastic Lenine drizzer gluten-free cake. I recommend the visit.
