As a celiac on holiday in Marina di Carrara in September and I decided to go and try the gluten-free pizza. I have to say that for the first time, I ate a real gluten-free pizza (not the frozen ones or focaccias). The dough was very soft and excellent, you could hardly feel the difference with the wheat flour dough.
The owner is very good and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gluten-free pizzeria nearby.
I will definitely be back!!
