Ordered for delivery and they missed one of the toppings I had asked for, in my opinion the toppings are pretty expensive so I asked on the survey for a refund for just the missing topping and the manager reached out but wasn’t really helpful, I tried again to ask for refund just for topping and manager told me a full refund was made but he had lied because I waited weeks and never received it, after reaching out again he told me to call store but I couldn’t reach him, I don’t understand why if it is store’s mistake why can’t they just fix it, I simply asked for partial refund of missing topping. Don’t recommend ordering for delivery. Also gluten free pizza isn’t the best here.

Favorite deep dish place and they have gluten-free pizza!!
