I ordered the Notorious P.I.G. with gluten-free bread, and it was absolutely delicious. The pork belly was perfectly crispy, adding incredible texture and flavor. Definitely worth trying! I also had the gluten-free banana bread, which was equally tasty. The addition of salt—something I hadn’t tried before—really enhanced the flavor in a surprising and delightful way. For anyone with gluten sensitivities, I highly recommend this place. I had no issues or reactions, making it a safe and satisfying choice.

I have been to Layers twice now, and I’ve been so impressed by the quality and flavors of the food. The food is seriously delicious. (There are BBQ potato chips *on* the tuna sandwich!) The intention so clearly put into the menu and space is obvious, and you can taste it in the food. I am gluten free, and i love when food is accessible - beyond eliminating the part that has gluten (ie the bread) - and offering a delicious substitute. Our gluten free bread was griddled to perfection. It even had a crunch. Thank you for offering a delicious GF bread option, Layers.
