There is a “gluten sensitive” menu, but my impression was they were a bit cavalier about cross contamination. The waiter confirmed for me that the food was all prepared in its own pan, but when my meal was delivered, the chicken was fried, and I had not asked about their fryer. Another person at my table had ordered the same thing on the regular menu, and the waiter who brought the food said, “it doesn’t matter which is which, they are the same meal.”
Maybe the gluten friendly menu is probably just a reduced version of the regular menu with naturally gf dishes.
