While we do live in Nice, it is always a little treat to ourselves to pop into le3 for a buffet breakfast. The food is always top notch and the service impeccable. We highly recommend the fresh custom made omelets, they would make any chef jealous. The biggest asset that I never even occurred to think about is the gluten free offerings. I was joined by some friends, one of whom is gluten intolerant and she was impressed with the offerings. Well done Hyatt. While it might be slightly pricey, what you get in return is well worth the cost. Highly recommend.
