Choosing this restaurant on the advice of the concierge at the Bourgthegoulde hotel, we were not disappointed! The young staff is particularly welcoming and friendly, and professional. Arriving early, we didn't have to wait too long, but other tables had to be a little more patient - probably a lack of staff... but it's an understatement to say that all the staff are busy to do the best and truly we can only congratulate them. The meal was excellent and plentiful (choice of tasting menu with food/wine pairing). Overall, the quality/price ratio is truly remarkable.
The evening was undoubtedly exhausting for the staff, who did not hesitate to adapt to customer requests: a couple whose wife is vegetarian, gluten intolerant, liking vegetables but not mushrooms, only wanting one main course and a dessert (all this heard because next to us) but and having to be served in less than 45 minutes will have had all its requirements satisfied.
I recommend this place both for the quality of the meal, but also and above all for the staff - additional help will undoubtedly help them achieve excellence!
