Le Bistrot de l'Ecailler

With our dietary constraints (gluten-free, FODMAPS-free for my wife, shellfish allergy), eating in a restaurant is a real obstacle course for us. We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Everyone is very friendly: the boss, the waitress, the scaler and finally the chef. We were able to eat starter, main course and dessert, thanks to all the people mentioned above, who went out of their way to please us. The portions are both very generous and very fresh. We would love to have a restaurant like this in Vichy. We will come back and we highly recommend this restaurant. Remember to book!
