Finding truly organic bread is not an easy thing in our region but... phew for me who am a fan of natural old food and good organic products, especially in short supply... From the outside it doesn't look like much if I can give an opinion but at the same time this laboratory-style bakery which offers such high quality products...must be a bit hidden like a treasure. The secret is a slight acidity in the mouth that I have been looking for for a long time, close to Poilane breads, a flour or flours which offer an absolutely divine Paim texture.. For my delicate stomach which hates bread rich in gluten, this is where I found my happiness, my dream.. Hummmm grill in. My toast every morning! A treat 😍
