Highly recommended! I couldn't believe what I was trying was sugar-free and gluten-free. Every option we tried was delicious. I highly recommend the lemon pie. The service was also excellent; they explained everything to us, and the prices were affordable. 10/10. The space is small, but you can eat there or buy to go.

Keto Cafe. Variety of keto and gluten-free products. Excellent service and advice from the staff. It's small, with only two tables, but it's still a pleasant place. The food is delicious and homemade. They also have takeout breads and spreads. 100% recommended.

I found out about your bakery by chance and was very happy. I have Hashimoto's (thyroid) and food restrictions; I can't eat gluten or sugar. So, I went to try it and buy some bread and some dessert. Originally, we wanted to sit in a café with the girls. The place is small and we couldn't stay seated, but that doesn't matter. It's important to have the option to buy products that aren't available anywhere else in Madrid for people with autoimmune diseases. Very tasty bread, and truffle and chocolate balls too. The only thing is that I don't like chocolate, but more importantly, there's another option. The only thing I would do is design the display case better to make it more "delicious" to the eye and cleaner, but that's just my opinion; I'm very fastidious and pay attention to cleanliness.
