Short stop at Trois Rivières. The winter atmosphere in the city was really gloomy... Luckily, we came across this great restaurant which warmed our hearts!! Excellent welcome and service. A quality Italian red wine. My partner loved the beef tartare. For my part, I opted for the trout tartare... a delight! Being gluten intolerant, I appreciated being offered a gluten-free alternative to the filling. Special mention for the crème brûlée which is incredible!! My partner really liked the pistachio and raspberry log. Warm and friendly atmosphere 🫶.
