I went to Balthazar in Centropolis last night for a 5@7. We were a small group. I have celiac disease so it is sometimes complicated for me to eat at a restaurant. I was very excited to have a gluten-free section of the menu. Unfortunately, the dish I chose could not be guaranteed to be delivered from cross contamination. The waiter very kindly offered me an option that didn't really suit me. The chef came to see me to offer me other items on the menu and to reassure me. I finally ate a delicious salmon tartar! Wow for the service, thank you very much! It was really appreciated! The atmosphere and the music are fantastic too!
