Le Bouillon Bel Air

This is a lovely restaurant with primarily experienced professional staff. The food was amazing - could not fault it. However the service did let the place down. Our server was very pleasant but forgot a lot...our drinks, gluten free bread we asked for, got us muddled up with another table. Other servers fixed these issues for us. We had been there before and had amazing service but not so much this time. Hopefully it improves for next time.

bit of a 5 star evening . it was my birthday and 4 of us enjoyed the food. 2 of us had been there before and 2 were newbies but the standard was as high as the last visit. service was fast and friendly. one of our party was gluten/dairy intolerant all queries were handled by the waiter none of this i will check with the kitchen business. all the food was great pork cheeks and the cidre extra good i thought. one last detail. a mate of mine from the uk on a spur of the after Friday pub moment thought it would be a nice surprise to put a bottle of champagne behind the bar for our table. bit short notice considering the time difference but the manager made it happen making sure there were photos taken. the staff seemed to enjoy the surprise as much as us. thanks bel air (and sue in the uk)
