I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is so attentive to visitors that they even change some dishes for people with lactose and gluten intolerance. The experience is unforgettable. If you are looking for an experience, I definitely recommend this place. Be prepared that dinner will cost you a pretty penny, but the service, presentation and quality of food will completely cover all costs.

The advantages: a menu with a wide variety of local products (found in the region), tasty gluten-free option. An obvious love for cooking and service, without hesitation the best culinary experience in Saint Malo!
