Restaurant, bakery, artisanal pasta factory with great respect for the environment and health. Attentive and kind staff. Ancient grains, doughs also gluten-free, but with slight contamination. Vegan.

We ate at this amazing vegan restaurant this evening. The food was incredible, so much choice and everything was fully explained. Our hosts were so attentive and passionate about the food they produce and generally very lovely people!
