We were looking for some gluten free food & the only option they had was a caesar salad which we ordered, then paid for. After we paid, we were told they didn't have any caesar salad left, so my partner went to another restaurant while I waited for the manager to come give us a refund. We were told we could not get a refund, even though they didn't have what we had ordered, then after some back & forth, they "found" the ingredients to make us a caesar salad, even though we just wanted a refund due to their lack of stock at this point. $23 for a caesar salad, only to be told by the manager "Don't pay before getting your food then" which was incredibly rude & unprofessional. Overpriced & awful experience.
