A rediscovery that I am delighted with!!!! I highly recommend the address. I hadn't come for many years because I had been disappointed several times but now, frankly, I'm under the spell again! The service is extremely pleasant and attentive. The choice of starters/mains/desserts is tempting and very varied. On the plate it is generous, beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned. It is a pleasure for the eyes but also for the taste buds. Tested as a starter: salmon tartare / as a main course: sea bass accompanied by a delicious risotto and pan-fried vegetables. No problem if you can't eat gluten. Price-wise of course it's a bit expensive but the quality/price ratio in my opinion for Corsica is excellent so I have nothing to say. Remember to make a reservation to have the pleasure of dining with your feet in the sand and I recommend that you ask for a table at the end of the restaurant entrance to enjoy the sunset.
