If you are celiac, I do NOT recommend it. We had made a reservation at The Fork clarifying that I have celiac disease and when we arrived they told us that they had not understood the message. We clarified it to the waitress. When he explained the dishes on the menu to us, I asked him to please confirm that there was gluten in the dishes and he reconfirmed that there was none. The first course was a salad that was brought to me with two breadsticks that clearly had gluten in them. So they had to change my plate. Unfortunately I no longer trusted any of the dishes, because until the last dish they served me with a cubanito. They did not have any knowledge about allergies. Definitely, if you can't eat gluten, I don't recommend it. If you are celiac, don't go to this restaurant
