They have gluten free options! Yey!

This review is only about the restaurant and not the hotel. Overall we weren't impressed with the Italian meals specifically. I am Italian and the dishes were far from being authentic. Risotto with seafood which looked more like a paella and with parmesan on top, an absolute no-go if you know the basics of Italian meals with seafood: parmesan doesn't belong (it can be optionally added if anything). The other non-Italian dishes were decent, although we were disappointed not to see one single traditional Romanian meal in the menu, considering we're in Romania. I would have liked that, as a tourist visiting. They did offer to accommodate gluten-free requests so that was good. They also had vegan options. The highlight was the sea bass with puree and truffle sauce. It was really good and well cooked, we can definitely recommend that.
