Le Silve di Armenzano Natural Resort

We have been spending part of our holidays in this structure for three years now, including last New Year's Eve. It is a precious place for us, for several reasons. The structure is immersed in the Subasio forest, therefore in contact with nature, where you can meet animals free on the estate, donkeys, horses, and those that normally populate the forest, absolutely pleasant encounters. It is located only 11 km from Assisi, there is a stretch of dirt road to reach the structure but it is carefully indicated on the site and in the booking email, our car although low had no problems. The restaurant's cuisine is very good and it is also possible to have a gluten-free menu (absolutely not obvious) the service is kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very rich (the only flaw is people who stock up on it for the day) The breathtaking location offers beautiful sunsets. The infinity pool is large and surrounded by a well-kept garden overlooking the valley. You can encounter insects, but it would be strange if you didn't since we are immersed in nature. We will come back again!!

If you are looking for a base to tour northern Umbria it is not very convenient ... 20 minutes from Assisi with a dirt road in the middle of the woods. If, however, you are looking for a place to relax and unplug, the resort is perfect! Wonderful location with attentive and very kind staff! Faced with some of our problems, they were able to find a solution immediately! Fantastic classic room, fresh and absolute silence! Fantastic breakfast with products for celiacs prepared fresh by the restaurant chef. Breathtaking view of the hills!
