Delicious Leberkas to go. I chose the gluten-free version. The bread roll was amazingly crispy, and the Leberkas was delicious. Everything was prepared with great care and without contamination. You should allow a little extra time, as the gluten-free roll is freshly made. It takes about 10 minutes. Vegan options are also available.

Very good opportunity to enjoy a liver loaf roll in a gluten-free version. The gluten-free roll takes longer (15 minutes waiting time), but it's worth it. Above all, care is taken to ensure that the gluten-free roll is cut open separately. Highly recommended for those affected by celiac disease. My daughter and I really enjoyed it and would happily do it again.
