Unforgettable Staff, Mouthwatering Menu, Perfect Execution, Awe-Inspiring Scenery. Best customer experience at a restaurant I can recall, hands down, ever. After being VERY late for a reservation, the staff graciously accommodated myself and my traveling companion with poise. Our server Cassandra knew the menu well, was prompt, professional, and courteous. (Thank you!) The food was expertly prepared and beyond delicious, chosen from a menu with several thoughtful gluten free and vegetarian option. The salmon and beef tenderloin were both exceptional, and a return trip for their notoriously savory walleye will be in order. A minor misunderstanding with a drink order (I’ve been sober for a few years and a mocktail had a little of the good stuff by accident 😵😅) was remedied immediately and without issue. Mock tails were delicious *with* and *without* the artisinal Vikre Distillery aquavit. After dinner we caught the full moon rising over Lake Superior at the gorgeous Larsmont resort (see photo). If you have the opportunity, treat yourself to likely the best dining experience on Minnesota’s the North Shore!
