Best gluten free pizza I've ever had. When I became gluten free a few years ago, I quickly learned the difficulty of finding a proper pizza. At long last, I have found what I've been looking for. I ordered the GF pepperoni pizza and 12 Buffalo wings. My partner ordered the GF Spring Chicken pizza. My pizza was crunchy with lightly burnt edges, thick pepperoni slices and the perfect amount of gooey cheese and sauce. The wings were also fantastic and had an element of a slight char as well, crispy and well sauced with their house made sauce. If If I lived in the area I'd be coming to see Paulette, our server regularly. Paulette was fast, friendly and full of home town vibes. I would classify the restaraunt itself in the same fashion, home town vibe that is comforting and warm. Give it a shot and ask for Paulette!
