Had abdominal surgery 2 days ago so for Xmas eve I’m not able to make yummy food as I have for many years. I’ve been gluten free for about 8 years now and am always looking to find a good gluten free pizza. Decided we would do Xmas eve pizza for the first time and when my husband brought my pizza home it was still doughy in the middle. I called and the guy said he would remake it. Was ready pretty quickly and it is wonderful. Hopefully next time they’ll cook it a little longer to begin with as GF pizza cooks differently than regular pizza. Love my cooked gluten free crust and very happy that they took the time on Christmas Eve to rectify the issue. Thanks Ledo staff and have a merry Christmas, see you in the New Year.
