Lefty's Gourmet Pizza and Ice Cream

I visited Lefty's Pizza and it was divine. We brought our own beverages which was ok. The gluten free pizza was the best I ever had. Talked to the owner and he knew the history of the property where I was staying. This was the place visited by Dennis Collins on his you tube channel. Charming atmosphere, are outside. I will definitely take some home.

I am ashamed to admit we just started eating at Lefty’s a couple months ago even though we’ve lived in the area, right outside Niwot, for many years. My son is GF and I didn’t realize they have the most delicious gluten-free pizza he and I have ever had. It is absolutely delicious! We have been supporting Lefty’s by participating in their loyalty program which entails buying a gift card for future use with extra money added on for incentive :) It is a very charming little local pizza shop. PS Their homemade ice cream is fantastic as well!
