Had a great breakfast sandwich. They were more than willing to switch out the brioche bun for the Stone Oven Bakery sourdough that my gluten sensitive self could handle.
Edited to add- Once I got home and looked, I realized they had used Siciliano bread instead of sour dough. While it was an easy mistake (an "s" in their order shorthand could be either bread), it was a painful mistake on my end.
Edited to add- the girl at the counter told me they used Stone Oven sourdough. I have found out that is not true. They sell full loaves of sourdough in the bakery but do not use it in the sandwiches they make. For someone who has to eat gluten sensitive products I can handle the sourdough but not the other breads. I find it wrong to be so misleading on something that is such a big health issue.
