I love this place because not only can you customize every ingredient based on whatever diet you may have, it's also delicious, satisfying, & can be healthy! I am mostly paleo (grain free, dairy free, few legumes), so I get it without rice, with lots of local leafy greens. I love their Wasabi mayo (one of their few grain free sauces, whereas some have corn starch or gluten, you can ask to look at their big binder full of ingredients). I like their squid 🐙 & salmon. Their imitation Krab is from the pollock fish which is superior to other Asian restaurants, that have wheat or rice in their imitation Krab. I love getting watermelon radish, ginger, pineapple, sprouts, and ropped with black seeds which are very healthy. I hope they bring back masago & lychee fruit. Seaweed salad has gluten FYI, its not their fault, they get it shipped to them that way. Ask for a reusable bowl & dine in to cut down on plastic usage. I've come here many times & showed my friends here & got them to love it too! If you're vegan you can get tofu instead of seafood. Excellent paleo options. Fantastic gluten free dairy free options. Great price for the quality 👌. Nice atmosphere. It's like a chipotle version of Asian food. Only complaint is sometimes a worker will be sloppy with how they scoop up each item, drop it into another item which could be a problem if somebody is really trying to avoid certain ingredients like corn for example. Bring your friends with special dietary needs who may not be able to eat elsewhere!
