We were hoping for a better "Diner" experience. Meaning, better quality and amount of food. The hot tea was cold and our waitress, Jennifer, was kind enough to bring out a new cup. But it still comes from the coffee pot. The coffee was also cold and tasted like stainless steel... couldn't drink it.
The open face pastrami omelet was very thin. One would expect at least 2 layers of pastrami, but you only got 3-4 strips on top of the omelet.
The Nova and Onions omelet was simply lacking in flavor. Maybe adding more lox would've done it.
They were, however, willing to substitute bread and other gluten sides that came with the omelet. They have picked beets and Cole slaw, but you have to get the manager's ok first. Even so, I couldn't eat them because they were pickled with sugar.
Our waitress, Jennifer, was very kind and friendly.
Unfortunately, we will not be back.
