I love the energy here, but more importantly this is the first time as a gluten sensitive baddie I’ve actually enjoyed pizza. We had the dill pickle pizza (really great) but the Mexican street corn pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Pumpkin cheesecake is amazing, and I loved the sandwiches and lattes last time I was here! I don’t write these reviews but I need this place to stay open the remainder of my life :)

After the Cheese PULL,  we're gonna have a Sourdough 101 In short answer, longer fermentation Sourdough (vs commercial bread) More gluten is broken down during fermentation, although it's not gluten free, it makes it (Easier To Digest). The bacteria yeast breaks down more starch, so it won't raise your blood sugar level rapidly (Lower glycemic index) Sourdough is sour because of lactic acid release during the fermentation. Good for your (Gut health) It's a family business, the dad Leo, who passed away in 2020. His wife and 2 daughters have opened the business to carry on his legacy. If you found the word "leo's" on the menu, they were all of his favorites. ----------------------------------------------- Parking lot behind (Palomar Parking- Precise Park) $5 flat rate after 6pm (Mon-Fri) $2.5/hr and $5 Max to 6pm (Sat, Sun, Holidays) Just opened on Oct 10, 2024
